Wan Jin is a PhD student working with Dr. Samu Taulu on the physics behind magnetoencephalography (MEG) systems. She received her BS in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from UC San Diego. Currently, she is investigating ways to exploit the theory of electromagnetism to develop novel methods for improved signal source space resolution and robust connectivity analysis. She is interested in finding alternative theoretical frameworks to treat and interpret data and is involved in the development of next generation MEG instrumentation as well.
