I-LABS’ scientists participate in a collaborative, multi-site research grant focusing on causal learning in young children.
National Institutes of Health: The National Institutes of Health provides the largest source of funding for medical and scientific research in the world. I-LABS’ scientists receive research funding for studies on early brain and behavioral development in children.
National Science Foundation: The National Science Foundation supports I-LABS’ scientists through an NSF Science of Learning Center grant (see
The LIFE Center). The goals of the Science of Learning Centers Program are to advance the frontiers of all the sciences of learning through integrated research; to connect the research to specific scientific, technological, educational, and workforce challenges; to enable research communities to capitalize on new opportunities and discoveries; and to respond to new challenges.
