Dr. Sarah Roseberry Lytle Briefs Seattle City Council

Dr. Sarah Roseberry Lytle, Director of Translation, Outreach & Education at I-LABS, will talk about the importance of early learning in a public briefing to Seattle City Council on Monday, June 17, 2013. This event, “Early Childhood Development and Learning: Best Practices from Across the Nation” is sponsored by Councilmember Tim Burgess and is open to the public. A second featured speaker will be economist Steven Barnett, Director of the National Institute for Early Education Research, discussing the long-term effects of preschool programs on children's learning and development.
