On March 28, 2012, I-LABS Co-Director Andrew Meltzoff gave an invited talk entitled "Early Learning and Brain Development: Science, Raising Awareness, and Helping Society" to membership of The Rainier Club, a group of current and future Seattle community leaders. Meltzoff presented recent I-LABS research on early learning and discussed its impact on public education and policy.
Lee Pasquarella, vice chair of The Rainier Club’s Program Committee, provided opening remarks and subsequently blogged about the evening on his website.
