I-LABS has recently launched an online library of free training courses, or modules, for parents, caregivers, and the broader community. These take research findings from the UW Institute for Learning & Brain Sciences and make them highly accessible to the public. Not only are they available to anyone over the internet, but the photos, videos, audio as well as written content help make the science practical.
The Seattle Times Education Lab Blog has written about the modules in detail and highlights some of the take-home messages found in them.
The first four modules are available now and dozens more will be added. To access them, visit the
Outreach Module page on the I-LABS website. To read the Seattle Times Education Lab Blog,
