Hailley is the Program Assistant at I-LABS. She spends her day assisting the day to day operations such as managing the undergraduate interns, event planning, managing the building, and working closely with the research staff to facilitate their work. Hailley also assists with the Brain Development and Education Lab’s Pre-K Reading Camp as a teaching assistant. In her free time, she volunteers as a Research Study Assistant for Project ARISE. Prior to joining I-LABS, Hailley received her B.A from the University of Washington in Psychology. She also has a strong education background in child development with several years of experience working with children of all ages.
