Demetrius is an energetic undergraduate at the University of Washington. He is a freshman planning to major in Psychology and has not decided on a possible double major and/or minor. Demetrius is highly interested in the social and cognitive differences in others, more importantly the issue of cognitive dissonance and self-acceptance. Demetrius also passes the time by singing and performing at open-mic nights. Ultimately, he plans to apply to the psychology major in the spring of 2013 and continue his studies. He is very humbled to be a part of the Cognition and Cortical Dynamics Laboratory as it is giving him experience that will continue with him throughout his career.
