Sarah Park is a postbacc student in the Speech and Hearing Sciences department at the University of Washington and hopes to pursue a M.S. in Speech Language Pathology. She joins the Cognition and Cortical Dynamics Lab from Los Angeles, CA, where she studied Neuroscience and Music as an undergraduate at the University of Southern California. Sarah’s research interests include neuroplasticity in the context of acquired speech language disorders and the cognitive processes involved in learning language. She is excited to be a part of CCDL and hopes to gain valuable research experience that she can use as a speech language pathologist. Outside of lab, Sarah enjoys reading, discovering new music and cuisines, and exploring Seattle.
